Acro Dance incorporating gymnastics skills within dance routines. We work on key skills using both Acrobatic Arts & British Gymnastic Syllabi.
This class is based on ability and students must be able to demonstrate the following:
- one handed cartwheel
- round off
- backward walkover
- head stand held for 3 seconds
- Splits (all 3 ways)
